Refund policy

We offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Manuals, packaging and accessories must accompany the product returned. Please note that all returns, refunds, exchange requests and repair requests must be accompanied by original proof of purchase documents.

If you cannot produce proof that the goods were purchased from Magnifiers Australia we won't be able to give you a refund or exchange.

When goods are returned, Magnifiers Australia will refund payment made for those goods, by the same method used for the purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of Magnifiers Australia receiving the returned goods.
